What should I bring to my first appointment?
Bring any previous dental records you have, a list of current medications and your insurance details if you'd like us to direct bill your plan.
Do you offer direct billing to insurance?
Yes. We direct bill most insurance plans, so you often only pay the difference at the end of your visit.
I'm a nervous patient. Will I be rushed?
No. Dr. Priya Sandhu, Dr. Mark Ellison and our team take time to explain each step and work at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Can I get a same-day emergency appointment?
Yes. We keep same-day emergency appointments open for toothaches, breakages and other urgent problems. Call us as soon as you can.
Are you taking new patients?
Yes. Northshore Family Dental is currently accepting new patients of all ages, including young children.
